Coffee breakdown:
Origin: Huila, Colombia
Variety: Bourbon Rosado

Grown at 1,960m in Tolima on La Fortuna farm by Ubeimar Ramírez and her husband Yamileth Castaño, this lot showcases the prized Bourbon Rosado variety. Ubeimar took over the farm in 2010 and, since 2016, has focused on producing high-quality coffee with the support of Caravela’s PECA program. This is Wood and Co's second season working with Ubeimar, and we’re stoked to share her coffee again.
Processing: hand-picked cherries, 42-hour in-cherry fermentation, floated and pulped with minimal water, then 42-hour tank fermentation. The coffee is washed and shade-dried for up to 12 days before delivery to Caravela’s station in Planadas.
