The Indian component, from the Chikmalagur region in Karnataka State, is part of ST. ALi's deliberate move toward sourcing closer to home, reducing carbon footprint while celebrating the quality coffee our region produces.Both components are organic, not certified, but farmed and processed without synthetic inputs. Feels Good is ST. ALi's most values-aligned blend.

ST. ALi's lightest and most dynamic blend is built around seasonality and proximity. Every batch is 100 % organically farmed across Colombia and India, roasted specifically to showcase clarity and vibrant fruit-forward flavour over any depth or darkness.

Notes shift with the harvest calendar, flowing from stone fruit to citrus to red apple, yet the underlying feeling remains unchanged: clean, bright, and surprisingly versatile. A crisp caramel base and a lingering black-tea finish frame the fruit notes, making every cup as good in a slow afternoon drip brew as in a bright morning espresso.
