The Black coffee offers juicy, jubes-like sugariness, nougat, and creamy notes. The Milk coffee features salted caramel, plum, milk chocolate, and candied macadamia. The Ones We Love presently features two microlots from Beto Narvaez (Bruselas, Huila, Colombia) pink borbon and Antonio Gualguan (of Vereda Veracruz, Narino, Colombia) var. Colombia + var. Castillo. Benito Perez from Chanjon, Huehuetenango, Guatemala, is also featured. The selection focuses on short run, special profiles with high character, celebrating more coffees with potentially small lot sizes.
