Small Batch has long championed the virtues of filter brewing, and in 2017 (when Golden Ticket was launched), they realised a pairing of two single origin coffees was a great way to go to produce maximum approachableness, a journey in flavour from hot to cool, the greatest balance of juiciness and sweetness, and – mostly importantly for a daily driver – consistent performance.
