Washed process – This is a regional lot of Catarru and Castillo varieties grown in the Tolima department at 1600–2200 masl. It is certified organic.

100% organic, Wild Child is smooth and sweet with notes of dried fruit, honey, toffee and dark chocolate in the finish. Its creamy texture is an irresistible match for milk and makes for a delicious espresso coffee.

Colombia Organic Clavel is a blend of Catarru and Castillo varieties. The coffee is grown in the Tolima mountains in nutrient-rich volcanic soil at an altitude of 1600–2200 masl. After being picked and processed, the beans are dried on raised beds or patios.

The excellence of the coffee from Tolima is the result of favourable environmental conditions, the characteristics of the soil, and the traditional wet milling and natural drying by the farmers.
