The Hambela Wamena Washing Station, founded in 2018 by the founder of Tega & Tula farms, is located on the highest mountain peak of Guji Hambela and serves around 3,900 producers. The washing station supports social programs including the building of roads, schools, and technical equipment, as well as medical health expenses and support for women's health care. Maker Coffee sourced this coffee with the help of Cafe Imports, selecting it through multiple rounds of cupping.
