Colombia Excelso Las Moras hails from the prestigious Pitalito region of Huila, where Caturra, Bourbon, Amarillo, and Colombia varieties thrive at 1700-1900 metres above sea level. This exceptional single origin undergoes a meticulous three-stage washed process, starting with rigorous cherry selection, followed by a 24-hour oxidation period that develops complex aromatics, and finishing with precision mechanical drying.
The result is a high scoring cup of regional coffee with remarkable complexity and the clean, crisp profile that the region is known for.
