The blend features 80% São Benedito from Piatã, Bahia, Brazil, grown by long-time partner Silvio Leite. This coffee is characterized by its sweetness and balanced, creamy mouthfeel. The remaining 20% is San Antonio Selection from Inzá, Cauca, Colombia, sourced from 22 small-scale farmers. This coffee contributes a lovely fruitiness, creating a comforting and versatile espresso. This blend perfectly complements the season with notes of macadamia and dried apricot.
